Prayer Moms Needed!
Each resident admitted to Rehoboth Homes receives the special gift of a prayer mom, a woman who is willing to “adopt” a resident into her daily prayer life. The only obligation to you is to pray for this resident, that God would protect her, touch her heart and transform her life. You would be provided with only enough non-identifying information to direct your prayers. If you are interested, please contact Lisa at 519-765-4207.

The CD COMMITTEE thanks everyone for their support by using the Shop & Support Gift Card Fundraising Program.
This program is continuing throughout the year. To date, we have raised $500.00 toward our general fund at St. Paul’s United Church. By spending money we would be spending anyway and putting it into the form of gift cards, we also give back 1.5%-10% back to the church.
In order to keep this program going, and the cards coming to us on a regular basis & quickly, we require a minimum of $1,000.00 worth of orders to place each order. The quicker the order can be placed, the quicker the cards will arrive. Our goal is to place an order on the 1st and 15th of the month.
If you can place your gift card order with Sheila Chute by the 1st or 15th, then the cards will arrive in a more timely matter. Our goal is to continue good service while raising proceeds for our church. |

The C.D.Committee is trying to get our youth more involved in church worship. One way we thought this would be possible is to have them help out with ushering. Since schedules are already made and sent out, we are asking those who have volunteered, that if they are unable to help one Sunday if they would please let us know and we will find a youth replacement for them. Thank you! Contact Doreen Smith. |

| | Why be a volunteer?
It’s not for fortune, It’s not for fame, It’s not for only personal gain, It’s not for love of fellowman, Or just to lend a helping hand, It’s not for medals worn with pride, It’s for the feeling deep inside, Of helping others far and near, That makes you want to volunteer! ~ author unknown
